Game Review: Max: The Curse of Brotherhood

Growing up with early classics such as Super Mario Bros and Prince of Persia, I’ve always had a soft spot for a good ol’ platformer. There is just something satisfying about tackling clever and challenging puzzles with fairly simple gameplay mechanics.It’s familiar. Comfortable. A return to basics. That’s what drew me to Max: The Curse of Brotherhood. And I wasn’t disappointed. (more…)
